Yes! Email Triage intelligently uses your existing labels when appropriate and only creates new ones from the taxonomy when needed.
Can I customize the labeling taxonomy?

Does this work with email providers other than Gmail?
Email Triage currently supports Gmail and Google Workspace accounts. Support for Microsoft 365 and other providers is in development.
What happens to emails before I connected my account?
Email Triage only processes new incoming emails after your account is connected. You can manually run it on existing emails using the workflow editor.

Can I turn off Email Triage if I don't want it?
