WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach Dume when you’re not at your desk. Link it once and message the same assistant you use in the app.

Linking your account

Open Connectors

Go to Settings → Connectors and find WhatsApp Connection.

Connect

Click Connect. You’ll get a QR code to scan, or a wa.me link you can open directly on your phone.

Send a message

Message the Dume WhatsApp number to complete the link. Once it’s linked, the card shows Connected.
There’s a remote control toggle on the WhatsApp connection. Turn it off if you want WhatsApp for notifications only, without letting messages trigger actions.

What you can do

Anything you’d ask in the app: check your calendar, get an inbox summary, ask Dume to research something, or check on a routine. WhatsApp doesn’t cover everything, mainly account and integration management, which need the web app or Cowork desktop.

Disconnecting

From Settings → Connectors, click Forget Account on the WhatsApp card. You can reconnect at any time by scanning a new code.

FAQ

Confirm you sent a message to the Dume number after scanning, not just scanned and closed WhatsApp. Check your connection status under Settings → Connectors.
One WhatsApp number links per Dume account. To switch, forget the current connection and link the new number.
Yes, both regular WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business accounts can link.
