Getting Started

Login to Web Application

Visit app.dume.ai and sign in to your account.
You’ll need an active WhatsApp account on your mobile device to complete the connection.

Find WhatsApp Contact

In the web application, locate and click on “Message us on WhatsApp” to get the Dume.ai WhatsApp number.

Send a Message on WhatsApp

Open WhatsApp on your phone and send a message to the Dume.ai number. You can say “Hello” or “Hi” to start.

Link Your Account

If your account isn’t linked yet, you’ll receive an account linking link in WhatsApp. Click the link to connect your Dume.ai account with WhatsApp.
Once linked, your AI assistant is ready to help with tasks, questions, and automations directly in WhatsApp!

Troubleshooting

Check if you’ve blocked or archived the Dume.ai chat. Also verify your phone has an active internet connection and that the account linking was successful.
Go to the web interface, navigate to Settings > Integrations > WhatsApp, and click “Disconnect.” To reconnect, you’ll need to follow the linking process again.
Currently, you can connect one WhatsApp account per Dume.ai account. To switch accounts, disconnect the current one and connect a new number.
Yes! Dume.ai works with both regular WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business accounts.
