# Troubleshooting

> Run account diagnostics, or delete your Dume account, from Settings → Advanced.

**Settings → Advanced** has two things:

* **Diagnostics** — checks your account for common issues and can fix some of them automatically. Worth trying before contacting support.
* **Danger Zone** — delete your account. This is permanent.

## Common issues

If a specific integration or channel isn't working, check its own page first:
