# Billing and Plans

> What Free, Go, Pro, and Max include: credits, calling minutes, integrations, and model access. Manage billing from Settings.

Dume runs on a credit system. Every AI response costs some number of credits, based on the model you used and how much it had to process; sending an email or a WhatsApp message doesn't cost extra on top of that. Your plan sets your monthly credit allowance, along with limits on integrations, MCP servers, calling minutes, and which models you can use.

## Plans

A few other differences between plans, beyond the table above:

* **Go** limits you to inbound messaging only over WhatsApp and email (Dume can message you, but two-way conversation over those channels needs Pro or higher).
* **Pro** adds two-way messaging and custom instructions.
* **Max** includes unlimited AI phone calling minutes and access to every model Dume offers, including the newest ones as they ship.
* **Enterprise** is for custom deployments; contact sales rather than self-serve signup.

## What happens when you run out of credits

Chat sessions and routines stop running once your credits are used up for the month. A scheduled routine simply fails to execute rather than running you into a negative balance; you'll see it pick back up once your credits reset or you upgrade.
